professional expertise spans across:

• Dry Bulk Chartering – Extensive knowledge of voyage and time chartering, contract
  negotiation, freight market dynamics, and freight cost optimization.
• Shipping Operations – Hands-on experience managing the full cycle of vessel operations,
  including voyage planning, scheduling, bunkering, risk management, and compliance with
  international shipping regulations.
• Trading Operations – Practical exposure to commercial trading logistics, cargo procurement
  and scheduling, and coordination between traders, charterers, and shipowners.
• Laytime & Demurrage – In-depth expertise in interpreting and applying charterparty laytime
  and demurrage clauses, calculation and dispute resolution in both voyage and time charter
  contexts.
• P&I Claims (Maritime, FD&D) – Familiar with handling cargo claims, charterparty disputes,
  and other marine insurance matters, including advisory work on liability, defense, and
  settlement.
