Professor Chu has been handling international commercial arbitration cases in the shipping and maritime law fields since 2003. He has authored eight books and numerous articles on maritime law and related topics. He has served as a professor at Dalian Maritime University and Shanghai Maritime University, where he taught maritime law and international arbitration to students.
