Tracy specializes in shipping, energy transition, and cross-border commercial disputes, with
expertise in container shipping, charterparties, commodities, and infrastructure contracts. She
is frequently engaged in matters at the intersection of shipping operations, energy markets, and
ESG/sustainability-related risks.
With over 22 years of senior leadership experience in multinational companies, including A.P.
Moller Maersk and Shell, Tracy brings a rare blend of commercial and legal expertise to
arbitration. At Maersk, she managed container shipping and logistics businesses across Asia,
overseeing fleet capacity, vessel scheduling, multimodal transport optimization, and supply
chain innovations. At Shell, she served as General Manager, E-Mobility & Strategic Growth
Asia, where she led infrastructure building and commercialization programs, strategic
partnership, and new market entries, gaining deep experience in contract structuring,
commercial negotiations, and legacy asset transformation.
Currently, Tracy is the Managing Partner of E2 Advisory LLP, where she advises clients on
ESG and sustainability related risk mitigation and value creation, with a focus on shipping and
supply chain decarbonization. Certified as an arbitrator and with appointments across leading
regional institutions, Tracy brings a unique ability to bridge industry practice with arbitral
decision-making in both domestic and international proceedings.
