Mr. Nguyen Manh Dzung is a distinguished Vietnamese lawyer with over 30 years of experience in resolving maritime, commercial, and investment disputes through both domestic litigation and international arbitration. His practice encompasses a wide range of areas, including admiralty and maritime law, arbitration, dispute resolution and mediation, commercial law, contracts, insurance and reinsurance, international law, international trade, litigation, and transportation.
Mr. Dzung has transitioned into a full-time arbitrator and is recognized on numerous arbitration panels, including VIAC, KCAB International, HIAC, SHAC, and HKIAC. He is the first Vietnamese member of the ICC Court of International Arbitration and serves on the ICC Taskforce on ADR and Arbitration.
