Justin has been focused on disputes work in the maritime and trade sector since the beginning of his career. He is qualified in Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, and England & Wales. He often works in both English and Mandarin.

Justin acts in charterparty, offshore, cargo, and ship financing disputes for Clubs, owners, charterers, traders, and financiers. In recent years this has more often included insolvency-related matters and enforcement.

Outside the marine and international trade sector, his high-value commercial disputes experience includes shareholders', aviation, and construction disputes.

Part of Justin's practice is non-contentious, drafting and negotiating commercial and maritime contracts, often custom.

He is a CIArb Fellow and LMAA Supporting Member.

Justin is based in Singapore. He resided in Hong Kong from 2014-2018.Back
